Tamara Ann Miller, MD
Board Certified

Tamara Ann Miller, M.D., is currently in private practice at Advanced Neurology of Colorado, LLC, and performs research through Advanced Neurosciences Research, LLC, both in Fort Collins, Colorado. She moved to the Fort Collins area in 1992 and has been an active member of the Colorado medical community since that time.

After earning the Doctor of Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine (New Orleans, LA, 1986), she served an internship in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, followed by a Neurology Residency at the same institution. Dr. Miller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Miller is the Medical Advisor and a frequent lecturer for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She has presented numerous continuing education programs in Neurology for physicians, pharmacists, medical residents, and students. Her publications, abstracts and posters have been presented at professional conferences in the U.S. and abroad.

The recipient of over 25 research grants and contracts, Dr. Miller has participated in Phase I-IV clinical trials evaluating a broad array of neurological agents. Her main areas of research interest are in multiple sclerosis and migraine.

Jerry D. Nash, MD, FAAN
Board Certified

Jerry D. Nash, M.D., is currently in private practice at Advanced Neurology of Colorado, LLC, and performs research through Advanced Neurosciences Research, LLC, both in Fort Collins, Colorado. Dr. Nash moved to Fort Collins area in the spring of 2004 and has been an active member of the Colorado medical community since that time.

Dr. Nash served in the United States Army Special Forces from 1974 – 1977. He then began his formal education with a BA in classical Greek minoring in Biblical Hebrew at the University of Texas (Austin, Texas, 1980).

He then earned a Doctor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, Texas, 1985), he served an internship in Internal Medicine at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, followed by a Neurology Residency at the same institution. Dr. Nash is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Fellow with the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Nash has been in private practice for many years developing a broad expertise in general neurology and is currently pursuing research in several Multiple Sclerosis clinical trials here in Northern Colorado.

Lillie Denny, RN

Lillie Denny, RN, is perhaps, the most caring individual you may ever meet. Lillie, a true Colorado native, was born in Greeley, Colorado, and raised in Pierce, Colorado. Lillie received her License of Practical Nursing at the Larimer County Vocational Technical Center (Fort Collins, Colorado, 1980). She continued her education and received her Associates in Applied Science in Nursing, University of the State of New York, (Albany, New York, 1983).

She became a staff nurse at Poudre Valley Hospital in 1980 and continued in that role for 20 years. She has been recognized many times throughout the years for her caring, consideration, and professionalism when dealing with patients. Lillie continues to care for patients at Advanced Neurology of Colorado, LLC.

In 1986, Lillie Denny began taking on a role in clinical trials and research. Since that time, Lillie has developed broad expertise as a clinical trial coordinator. Her certifications include: CRRN (Certification in Rehabilitation Registered Nurse), MSCN (Certification in Multiple Sclerosis Nursing), and GCP (Good Clinical Practice). Currently, Lillie is performing research as a study coordinator through Advanced Neurosciences Research, LLC, in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Lillie Denny is recognized as a true professional in her field and has given numerous presentations in the area of Multiple Sclerosis management. She continues to take on a very active role in the medical community in Northern Colorado and the surrounding area through her caring and community involvement.
