Tamara Ann Miller, M.D., is a Board-Certified neurologist with Advanced Neurology of Colorado, LLC, in Fort Collins, Colorado, and works closely with Multiple Sclerosis Center of the Rockies, LLC, the most active Multiple Sclerosis medical center in Northern Colorado.

After earning her Doctor of Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, 1986, she completed an internship and residency in Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Miller moved to Fort Collins in 1992 and has been an active member of the Colorado medical community ever since.

Dr. Miller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Miller is a member of multiple advisory boards and is an international and nationally renowned speaker on Multiple Sclerosis with associated poster, abstract, and peer reviewed publications in the U.S. and abroad. She was elected the health professional of the year 2006 by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Colorado Chapter and is currently a Clinical Instructor with the Department of Neurology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Dr. Miller is also actively involved with Advanced Neurosciences Research, LLC, in Fort Collins, Colorado, and is the proud recipient of over 100 research grants and contracts. Dr. Miller has participated in Phase I-IV clinical trials evaluating a broad array of neurological agents on a spectrum of neurological diseases. Currently her main areas of research are in multiple sclerosis and migraine.


Staff Dr OlsonJill Olson, MD

Board Certified in Neurology

Board Certified in Clinical Neurophysiology

Dr. Olson graduated summa cum laude with a BS degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She then went on to earn her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2007. This was followed an Internal Medicine Preliminary year at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Olson then completed a Neurology Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she was named chief resident for her senior year. She went on to pursue a clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Vanderbilt University. Today Dr. Olson enjoys practicing the full spectrum of general neurology for adult patients.

Dr. Olson is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in neurology as well as in clinical neurophysiology. She is a member of the Colorado Medical Society and the American Academy of Neurology.

Although she is originally from Texas, Dr. Olson’s family vacationed in Colorado every summer while she was growing up. Those beloved family trips triggered her to move to this beautiful state in the summer of 2012 to pursue her love of outdoor fun in the mountains. She spends her free time trail running and competing in marathons and triathlons. She is a percussionist and was a member in the Doctors’ Orchestra of Houston.


 Sarah Yang, MD

Board Certified in Neurology

Dr. Yang graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in biology and mathematics. She then went on to earn her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. She completed her internship and neurology residency at University of Illinois in Chicago, serving as chief resident in her final year. She completed her neurophysiology/neuromuscular fellowship at Stanford University.

Dr. Yang specializes in neuromuscular medicine and EMG with special interests in myasthenia gravis and ALS. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Dr. Yang enjoys spending time outdoors in her spare time. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with husband and dogs.


Courtney Weir, MSN, FNP

Courtney Weir graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner, Master of Science in Nursing, from South University in Savannah Georgia.  She obtained her Bachelors of Science from University of Texas at Arlington.  Courtney has spent the last five years specializing in Neurology.  Prior to obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked at the bedside as Registered Nurse for the states of Illinois and Texas for over 15 years with experience in intensive care, pediatrics, postpartum, emergency care and neonatal intensive care.

She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Courtney was born and raised in Illinois, spent several years residing in Texas and moved to Colorado in 2017 to pursue her dreams and enjoy this beautiful state and love of the outdoors.  Courtney enjoys spending time with her two daughters and sharing her love of skiing, hiking and enjoying beautiful Colorado.

 


Kimberly Eisenbach, MSN, FNP, AG/ACNP

Kim received a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology and Masters of Sciences in Environmental Health from Colorado State University in Fort Collins before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.  Upon completion of the Nursing degree, Kim worked in the ICU at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado for 7 years before graduation with her Family Nurse Practitioner/Adult Gerontology/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Master of Science degree from Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado.  Kim has now been specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in Neurology for the past five years.

Kim is dual certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Academy of Neurolgy.

Kim grew up in Colorado and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two young boys.
