Vyepti® is an IV infusion treatment for adults designed to prevent migraine attacks before they start. It works by blocking calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), a protein that contributes to migraine pain and inflammation in the brain. By inhibiting CGRP, Vyepti® helps reduce the frequency, intensity, and duration of migraine episodes.
Our infusion center is led by a board-certified neurologist and supported by a team of BSN-prepared Registered Nurses who specialize in neurological infusion care.
We help patients handle insurance paperwork and access copay and foundation assistance to make treatment more affordable.
A Cigna report recently found that infusions at physician-owned centers like Advanced Neurology Colorado’s Infusion Center often result in lower overall costs than at hospital outpatient centers.

Vyepti® targets CGRP, a protein linked to inflammation and pain during migraines. By reducing CGRP activity, Vyepti® can decrease the occurrence and severity of migraine attacks over time. It’s a preventive therapy given through IV infusion four times a year, offering patients convenience and consistent relief.
The cost of Vyepti® depends on insurance coverage and provider. At Advanced Neurology Colorado, we’re dedicated to improving access and affordability for all our patients.
We work with most major insurance plans throughout Colorado, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, and others, along with Medicaid and Medicare.
Our infusion staff manages prior authorizations, benefits verification, and assists patients with copay and foundation programs to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
