Vyepti® is an intravenous (IV) therapy approved for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. It works by targeting and blocking calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), a protein that plays a major role in triggering migraine attacks through inflammation and blood vessel dilation in the brain. By inhibiting CGRP, Vyepti® helps prevent migraines before they start, reducing how often they occur, how severe they are, and how long they last.
Vyepti® blocks CGRP, helping to prevent migraine-related inflammation and pain. It can also help to lowers the frequency, intensity, and duration of migraine attacks over time. Vyepti® is a long-acting preventive option with IV infusions given just four times a year.
Vyepti® cost can vary depending on several factors including insurance status and insurance provider. Our team at Advanced Neurology of Colorado are committed to lowering costs and improving access for our patients.
We work with virtually all leading commercial insurance providers in the greater Intermountain region, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, DMBA, EMI Health, Humana, PEHP Health & Benefits, Select Health, as Tricare, as well as Medicaid and Medicare.

Our infusion center is proud to have a board-certified neurologist on-site, along with a team of BSN-prepared and Registered Nurses that specialize in infusion care for neurological conditions, all committed to delivering the highest standard of care for our patients.

A Cigna report recently found that with a physician-owned infusion site, like Advanced Neurology of Colorado's Infusion Center, patients see much lower out-of-pocket and overall costs than they would at a hospital outpatient infusion center.
